Abstract
Basing on not yet published archival documents the German neurobiologist Oskar Vogt is shown as a poineer in developing early cooperational connections in the field of neuro-sciences between Germany and Soviet-Union. On the historical background new aspects emerge for evaluating this progressive bourgois scientist, who devoted his energy to the young Soviet power.
