Observation
Image viewing and scoring web application.
Allows to view and score images of protein crystallization plates.
This is an addition to the existing Observation application which can not be used from outside the MDC campus. Both tools have their operational area, one for fast high throughput scoring of thousands of images per hour, the other to score images from anywhere in the world.
The user interface is easy to use. After logging in, the user is presented a list of the plates of his project together with the current observation status of each plate. Choosing a plate opens the main observation page with all information of the plate and the first drop. Scoring the current image brings the user to the next drop.
